Our 7 day, all inclusive safari rate is US $3,850 per person with double occupancy.  We welcome you upon your arrival at the Victoria Falls airport and transfer you to Hwange Elephant Lodge where you will spend 6 nights and 7 days.

Safari Cost Includes:

• All accommodations, meals, nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages
• Transport and wildlife drives in modified 4WD safari vehicles
• Services of a professional safari guide and camp staff
• Park entry fees and activities per itinerary
• Laundry service

Safari Cost Does Not Include:

• International airfare, flights and transfers to and from Africa
• Additional hotel nights that may be necessitated by airline schedule changes or other factors
• Cost of medical immunizations (if any)
• Optional side trips and excursions
• All items of a personal nature
• Gratuities for safari guides and camp staff
• Baggage handling, Airport departure tax, Travel insurance, Visa and Passport fees

Trip Payment Schedule:

• At time of reservation: $1,000
• 120 days prior to departure: 50% of safari cost
• 60 days prior to departure: Balance

Cancellation Fee Schedule:

• Minimum Fee: $500 per person
• 91-120 days prior to departure: 20% of safari cost
• 61-90 days prior to departure: 50% of safari cost
• 60 days or fewer prior to departure: 100% of safari cost
